The procedure wasn't as bad as I expected - the aftermath is worse. :( Lots of ice packs and not too much sitting so I'm propped up in bed reading mostly, today. Tomorrow should be better. :)
I managed to spin for a while, watching a bit of tv. :) It's better this morning, although still tender. I'm hoping to be back up to speed on Monday when I plan to go up to the guild room for a dye day. cheers, Laura

When you said that you were getting a bone marrow biopsy done I thought "OUCH" as I have heard first hand that they are not pleasant.

Have been 'fighting' with my auto cloth advance - it's not wanting to advance properly with the 32 pick wheel. :(
