Gaining Wisdom

By making mistakes and fixing the errors, we learn valuable lessons.  These lessons become what we call 'experience'.  Experience morphs into confidence because when we make the same mistake we know what to do to repair it.  Experience and confidence become the basis for wisdom.  When we are wise enough, we know that we will never know it all and accept our errors from which we continue to learn, become more experienced and confident that we will recognize a mistake, sometimes before we actually make it.  And if not, we are wise enough to laugh and put another notch in our belt of experience.

That warp is going to be really lovely. Can't wait to see what colors you choose for the wefts...

I paired the variegated with black so I am just using black for weft. Once I'm home from the shows I'll order in more of the Bambu 7 which will give me a lot more options. I can see using this colourway with burgundy, dark teal, even navy.

cheers,

I like this lease stick holder - where did you get it? I've never seen one before...

Purrington Looms. They are called 'angel wings'. Really like them as helping hands because I don't have human assistance. :)

Is there a "lesson" in the warp in the picture, or is it simply the lovely thing that is (was?) currently on your loom?

The colors are beautiful.

No lesson, just sharing a pretty warp. :)
